I actually did two workouts today. That's right; two. This morning after aiding a student lab and going to the wellness center like I normally do on Tuesdays, I did a nice general kettlebell workout. And then later tonight, I did another with a friend from work, focusing on my arms. That means we're lucky I can even type this.
I've decided to try a new recipe starting tomorrow that I am so stoked about. Fish tacos. Considering all the tilapia I have frozen in my freezer, it sounds so delicious. It'll be served with a cilantro sauce and a chipotle sauce. How perfect.
Hopefully I'm one step closer to shedding the weight I gained Sunday.
