Entering a Whole New Realm

I woke up this morning expecting to have lost nothing simply because I didn't feel hungry. Like, not even hungry for breakfast, let alone the "I'm on a diet" permanent hole in my stomach feeling. But, I'm down another 1.7 pounds! Yesterday's workout really did the trick. So now I'm in the 220's for the first time in a year, and hopefully I can kiss the 230's good-bye forever!
