Today is the second I stayed in the 220's, and I was hoping to stay there. So of course I decided to eat at a restaurant and eat way too much, and then finish the evening eating lovely Tempura shrimp (courtesy of Derek). Though the food was delightful and healthy at the restaurant, there was just too much of it that I ate. And then on top of the simple sugary lemonade I had, and then the fried shrimp and root beer I had tonight, my body just was no longer used to that kind of nourishment. And so it just hurt. It's amazing that my dietary needs have changed so much in 10 days. Then, I would have downed that much fried and restaurant food without an issue, and carried on with one or more root beers. But not tonight.
So as some type of deathbed repentance, I decided to do my 20 minute high intensity running workout as encouraged by the dietary plan. Yeah, about 10 minutes into it, my stomach cramped up, and it was difficult to breathe, so I stopped.
The scales will tell all tomorrow.
